Ha Tien Ward (An Giang): Many unique culinary promotion activities at the traditional festival commemorating the 262nd anniversary of the death of Mrs. Mac Mi Co and the 245th anniversary of the death of Mr. Mac Thien Tich

In order to promote the quintessence of local cuisine and serve tourists during the traditional festival commemorating the 262nd anniversary of the death of Lady Mac Mi Co and the 245th anniversary of the death of Mr. Mac Thien Tich. On November 16 and 17, 2025, at the premises of Lady Mac Mi Co Temple. Ha Tien Trade and Tourism Promotion Center in collaboration with Teacher Truong Kitchen Club will carry out a series of special folk culinary promotion programs.
* Specific performance schedule:

- Time: 4:00 p.m., November 16, 2025: Performance of traditional coconut milk rice noodles with shrimp and meat filling, opening the series of culinary activities at the festival.

- Location: Ba Mac Mi Co Temple grounds (in front of the space displaying Ha Tien commercial, tourism and culinary products)

* November 17, 2025

- 10:00 a.m.: Performance of Ha Tien specialty Bun Ken.
- 3:00 p.m.: Experience making cakes with artisans instructing how to make Banh It Tran with lotus and jackfruit fillings.
- 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Experience with Demi Chef instructing how to carve vegetables and fruits under the theme "Colors of vegetables and fruits".

- Location: Ba Mac Mi Co Temple grounds (in front of the space displaying Ha Tien commercial, tourism and culinary products)
During the promotion program, locals and tourists can enjoy free dishes and interact with chefs of Thay Truong Kitchen Club.
